DEFINITIONS
In these Terms of Service, you may be referred to as “Client”, “you”, or “your”. Donna Wilding may be referred to as “Donna Wilding”, or “Company”.
fees
Fees are determined on a per service and per program basis. Please refer to the service or program page or contact the Company for details. Payment for fees can be made by cash, credit card, debit card or e-transfer. In the event of a defaulted payment, Company will contact you via email. A 10% interest rate will be accrued on all payments that are 30 days late and in the event of 3 non-responsive emails, all accounts will be sent to an international collections agency for collection.
taxes
Taxes are added to each service as per the Canadian HST tax which is 13%.
chargebacks
If Client chooses to pay by credit card, debit card or e-transfer, Client agrees to waive chargebacks.
payment processor
If Client chooses to pay by credit card or debit card, then the Client authorizes the Company to charge Client’s credit card or debit card (through PayPal or Stripe), as payment for services Client signs up for. By using these payment processors, Client also agrees to Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of PayPal and/or Stripe.
changing an appointment
To change an existing appointment, please send an email to donnawilding@gmail.com. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all appointment changes.
cancelling an appointment
To cancel an existing appointment, please send an email to donnawilding@gmail.com. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all appointment cancellations. Your appointment booking is your commitment.
REFUNDS
one-off sessions refund policy
No refunds. Company only wants Client in a session if it's right for Client. Client should be able to determine that by reading the information page for each service. Because there are no refunds, Company asks that Client please read each information page carefully and reach out if Client has any questions about what's included. Make sure it's the right fit, before signing up.
programs refund policy
“Program” means any and all work that the Client & Company do together over a series of weeks.The Program’s ‘no questions asked guarantee’ means that if within the first 7 days of the Program Client is not entirely thrilled, Company will refund Client. Client may request a refund within the first 7 days only (before week 2 commences). On the 8th day, there are no longer any refunds. Here's why -- Company only wants Client in a
Program if it's right for Client. Client should be able to determine that by reading the information page for each Program and / or by discussing with Company during Client’s free, 1 hour consult call for the Program Client is considering. Because there are no refunds after the 7th day, Company asks that Client please read each information page carefully and reach out if Client has any questions about what's included. Make sure it's the right fit, before signing up.
